Urban Bhavan Campus

The project consists of providing a centralized location of all Urban Planning related offices which are currently scattered at different locations of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The project is located in the center of Gandhinagar for ease of access. Site is located within walking distance from Metro stop and only 300 mts away from S. G. Highway. Auditorium of 250 capacity will be provided to hold large gatherings and functions. Exterior design of the building will have double glazed unit (DGU) glass and aluminum mesh jaali to maximize natural light and block excess heat and it will also give a modern appearance to the building. The building will be compliant with requirements of handicapped persons and persons with other disabilities. The building is designed to be a green building certified with solar panels, rainwater harvesting, STP, light-saving fixtures, water-saving fixtures, etc. Building typology is Institutional. Services offered in this project are Master Planning, Architecture design, Interior design and Project Management. The Status of the project is Ongoing.
