Multi-modal Transport Hub at Memnagar

The project consists of creating a Transport depot for the local transport company and commerical complex above the depot. The entire project is to be developed on a Public-private partnership model, wherein the government will lease out the land to a private developer and the private developer will develop the entire project with no cost to government and will also manage and maintain the project on a long term basis. The bus depot will be used as a parking facility for buses at night time and the commercial complex will consist of shops and showrooms on lower floors and offices on upper floors which will be used by private tenants / owners. Building typology is Commercial. Services offered in this project are Master Planning, Architecture design. The Status of the project is Ongoing.
