Jilla Panchayat Bhavan

The project consists of a new building for all the offices of Bharuch Jilla (District) Panchayat. It is designed to house various facilities like Seva Kendra (Civic Center), Conference rooms, offices for DDO, Chairman, various offices for departments (17 nos), Canteen, Record room etc. The building will also contain an Auditorium which will be used by JIlla Panchayat offices as well as can be rented for different public functions by common citizens. The building will have sufficient parking, green spaces and will incorporate various green building strategies like solar panel, rainwater harvesting, natural light and ventilation etc. Building typology is Institutional. Services offered in this project are Architecture design, Interior design. The Status of the project is Ongoing.
