Our scope in this project is to provide Project Management services during the execution phase of the project. The main job is to ensure that the project is executed in a time-bound manner, with quality of construction is of a high standard, the coordination between the various agencies involved in the project is smooth. The scope of work involves deployment of engineers on site full-time who monitor the day-to-day construction activity on site and are responsible for the documentation of construction activity on a daily basis. Building typology is Institutional. Services offered in this project are Project Management. The Status of the project is Ongoing.
