State GST Bhavan

The project consists of providing a centralized location of all GST offices which are currently scattered at different locations of Ahmedabad in the prominent area of Acropolis junction, Thaltej. This building has three main components: an office building, a hostel building, and a Training Center. The project is located in the center of Ahmedabad (near Acropolis junction) for ease of access. Site is located within walking distance from Metro stop and AMTS bus stop and only 900 mts away from S. G. Highway. A training center with state-of-the-art classrooms (3 nos with 100, 75, 50 capacity) will be provided to train GST officials in the latest taxation rules and technology. Hostel facility is also provided for GST officials (92 nos) who come for training from out of Ahmedabad. Hostel facility will be provided for single, double and triple occupancy. Auditorium of 250 capacity will be provided to hold large gatherings and functions. Exterior design of the building will have double glazed unit (DGU) glass and aluminum mesh jaali to maximize natural light and block excess heat and it will also give a modern appearance to the building. The building will be compliant with requirements of handicapped persons and persons with other disabilities. The building is designed to be a green building certified with solar panels, rainwater harvesting, STP, light-saving fixtures, water-saving fixtures, etc. Total height of the office building is 65 meters (G+13 Story) and total height of the Hostel building is 45 meters (G+11 Stories), with double basement for parking. Building typology is Institutional. Services offered in this project are Master Planning, Architecture design, Interior design and Project Management. The Status of the project is Ongoing.
