Security Guard Hostel at KASEZ

The project consisted of creating residential facilities for security guards on the KASEZ campus. Facilities provided include twin-sharing rooms, dining facilities, recreational facilities for indoor and outdoor sports, admin areas, laundry, and other support facilities. Since the building is located in a semi-arid desert climate, the building is oriented such that longer faces face north and south and the building is protected with a Jaali screen to reduce heat gain and aid natural ventilation. Building typology is Industrial. Services offered in this project are Master Planning and Architecture design. The Status of the project is Ongoing.
