Principal Architect
Jay is an architect with 16+ years of experience in the Architectural field. He is the Principal Architect of the firm and has been associated with the firm since 2016.
He got his Bachelors in Architecture from APIED, Vidya Nagar, Anand.
As part of HCP Design studio, Jay was the Project Manager of the 1,200 cr Upgradation project of Civil Hospital at Asarwa, Ahmedabad. He played a key role in successfully designing and executing the multiple projects that constituted the Civil hospital project.
Since 2016, Jay has been a key member of EOA Design studio and has managed several prestigious projects like Renovation of Vidhansabha at Gandhinagar, design and execution of Office areas for Hon. Chief Minister of Gujarat, MLA Residences at Gandhinagar, Unity Mall at Surat, Gymkhana Sports Complex at Gandhinagar, Cricket Stadium Sports Complex at Gandhinagar among others.

Principal Architect
Nitin is an architect and urban planner with 25+ years of experience in the Indian and international markets. He is the Founder and Principal Architect of the firm.
Nitin got his Bachelors in Architecture from MNIT, Jaipur, Masters in City Planning from School of DAAP, University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA and LEED AP from US GBC. During the undergraduate studies, Nitin also interned at the fabled ‘Sangath’ architecture studio in Ahmedabad, headed at the time by Pritzker laureate B. V. Doshi sir.
Nitin has extensive international experience in the field with 4.5 years in Washington, DC, USA and 2 years in Sharjah, UAE. During his stint in the USA, Nitin worked on various high-profile projects like Las Vegas Convention Center, Panama City International Airport, Panama City, Florida. In Sharjah, Nitin worked on many high-rise residential and commercial projects.
As part of HCP at Ahmedabad (2009-2012), Nitin was the Design Manager of 1,200 bed teaching Hospital (area – 10 lakh sq ft) and various other building and infrastructure projects as part of Civil Hospital project at Asarwa, Ahmedabad.
Since 2012, Nitin has been heading Either Or Architecture and has overseen several prestigious projects like Renovation of Vidhansabha at Gandhinagar, MLA Residences at Gandhinagar, Unity Mall at Surat, Gymkhana Sports Complex at Gandhinagar, Cricket Stadium Sports Complex at Gandhinagar among others. Nitin was also a visiting faculty at IDEA, Indus University, Ahmedabad from 2013 to 2019.
