EOA Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. is an architectural practice offering various design and project management services since 2012. We are a team of 35 architects, engineers and support staff that primarily work in the institutional sector providing comprehensive consulting services from feasibility to client handover.
We have successfully offered design services to projects of more than 10 lakh sq. feet of built up space, worth more than 285 crores in construction value. We are currently providing design and project management services to projects of more than 50 lakh sq. feet of built up space, worth more than 1,500 crores in construction value.

In that sense, each project is a challenge to create a “whole” which is much more than “the sum of its parts”.
Projects in Gujarat
We are currently active in almost all parts of Gujarat, from the western side to the eastern side, and from the northern parts to the southern parts of the state. The scale of the locality also varies from large cities like Ahmedabad and Surat to smaller communities like Vinchiya and Nakhtrana.
Design Process
Our design process is extremely thorough, customized to client needs, detail-oriented and includes several design explorations to achieve the broader project goals. We keep trying and continue to persevere until we arrive at a “coherent and meaningful” design.
